1. Acceptance

Tools by tyup is a free collection of browser utilities hosted at tools.tyup.eu.org. Accessing or using any tool on this site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Permitted use

• Personal, educational and commercial use of the tools is permitted at no cost.
• You may not resell, sublicense or present the site itself as your own hosted service.
• You may not use the site to process content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you are not authorised to handle.
• Automated scraping or bandwidth-heavy harvesting of pages is not allowed.

3. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Calculators, converters and generators are aids — always verify critical results, and never rely on the Password Generator output as your only record of a password, since nothing is stored for you.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Tools by tyup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or its outputs.

5. Intellectual property

The site's design, written content and original JavaScript are the property of the project. The text you generate with the tools — slugs, passwords, UUIDs, placeholder copy — belongs entirely to you. Third-party libraries keep their own licences.

6. Availability

The site may be changed, extended or taken offline at any time without notice. New tools may be added and existing ones may be revised or removed.

7. Governing law
